Project brief introduction:

Xi'an North 750kV substation is the largest 750kV substation in Asia, and the hub substation of 750kV transmission line between Shaanxi and Guanzhong. After the completion of the project, the transmission capacity of the section from northern Shaanxi to Guanzhong will be increased from 2 million 300 thousand kilowatts to 6 million 500 thousand kilowatts, so as to promote the sending of wind power, thermal power and new energy resources in Northern Shaanxi, and enhance the capacity of Shaanxi's "Nortel South supply" and expand the scale of "Shaanxi Power Transmission".

Over the years, our company has been engaged in the research of transformer cooling control equipment. The products and quality services provided by this project and the response speed in the process of project communication have been recognized by customers.

This project has used 6 JY-BQFK-IIW6 intelligent transformer cooling control cabinets and 2 JY-ZNBH-01 transformer intelligent control cabinets produced by our company. JY-BQFK-IIW6 intelligent transformer cooling control cabinet adopts OMRON PLC, SIEMENS components and configuration touch-screen as man-machine interface. It has two sets of automatic and manual control functions, automatically balances the usage time of each typhoon machine, and automatically stops each fan motor according to oil temperature automatically. It has complete protection function of motor phase missing, short circuit and overload, and can be displayed in real time. The failure information is recorded and the information is not lost after power failure. Automation of the control, information of the state, and humanization of display and operation are realized.

JY-BQFK-IIW6 intelligent transformer cooling control cabinet features:

1, the use of OMRON PLC, SIEMENS components, configure the touch screen for the man-machine interface.

2. The structure and size of the cabinet were optimized, and stainless steel materials were selected, taking into account the problems of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and anti condensation.

3, the wiring process is separated from the primary circuit and the two loop, separated from AC and DC, and separated by strong current and weak current.

4, the components inside the cabinet should be arranged according to the longitudinal objects of the control objects, and the gap between components should be enlarged properly, and the distribution of large current and hot spots should be considered as a whole.
