Case of -JY-BQFK cooling control cabinet in 500kV seven Dian substation of Kunming Power Supply Bureau

 

Project brief introduction:

     500kV seven Dian substation is located in seven Dian Township, Chenggong County, about 35 km from Kunming, with an average altitude of 2020 meters. It is the main power grid of Guangdong Guangdong power transmission network. It is the largest hub substation in Yunnan, and the largest substation in the "three changes and five lines". It is also the main power channel for Yunnan to cultivate power pillar industries.

     500kV seven Dian substation installed three high voltage shunt reactors (hereinafter referred to as high resistance), in the actual operation of the site, the high resistance oil temperature will often reach 65~80 degrees, so often issued "oil temperature high alarm" signal. To solve this problem, the Kunming Power Supply Bureau has decided to conduct a pilot retrofit of the air-cooled automatic control system and observe its cooling effect in order to promote the use of other substations with similar problems.

 

Product Description:

      At the beginning of the project, our company assigned special technical personnel to conduct on-site investigation. On the basis of fully understanding the technical requirements of the transformation project of the seven Dian cooling system, combined with the actual installation location, the size of the radiator, the operation records in recent years and the vertical relationship between the radiator and the fire wall, 3 JY-BQFK-I intelligent cooling control cabinets were used after calculation. The station controls 6 typhoon machines.

     The fan is installed at the bottom of the front and back sides, and is installed between two heat sinks. The fixing of the fan is supported by the bracket type, and it does not directly contact with the high resistance body. This avoids the damage of the body caused by the welding, and solves the danger of cracking and deformation caused by the too heavy suspension of the radiator.

     The JY-BQFK-I intelligent cooling control cabinet is designed with the original PLC of SIEMENS, and the touch screen is the human-machine interaction interface. It has two sets of automatic and manual control functions, automatically balances the usage time of each typhoon machine, and automatically stops every fan motor according to the oil temperature. It has a complete motor protection function of missing phase, short circuit and overload, which can display and record the fault information in operation in real time. After the power failure, information is not lost. Automation of control, state information, display and operation are realized.

 

 

Seven before the transformation of the Dian transformation project, the oil temperature of the high resistance before transformation is about 65~80 degrees Celsius.
