Case study of -JY-BQFK61850 digital optical fiber cooling control cabinet in Hubei Xiong Jia Zui 220kV substation
 
 
Project brief introduction:

Xiong Jia Zui 220kV substation is an intelligent transformation project. It is the second batch of pilot projects of the national Power Grid Corp. It is also one of the first batch of pilot projects for smart grid transformation in Hubei in 2011. After completion, it will greatly improve the safety and intelligent operation level of the substation.

Product Description:

In January 2012, the first domestic digital optical fiber transformer cooling control cabinet developed by our company was successfully debugged and put into operation in Hubei Xiong Zui 220kV substation, marking our company's product innovation in power grid intelligent innovation.

The JY-BQFK61850 digital optical fiber cooling control cabinet used in this project is a new transformer cooling control cabinet that is newly built for the smart grid construction in our company to meet the needs of the new generation of digital substation applications. Adopting the digital IED meeting the standard of IEC61850 substation communication network, the technological process is designed according to the operation regulation of DL/T572-95 power transformer, and the low voltage components of ABB, SIEMENS and Schneider are configured to ensure the stable operation of the products, and the data exchange between the process level IED equipment and the interval layer is carried out by using optical Ethernet.
