     大电竞app company, as the leading industry of transformer cooling control equipment, has been engaged in research on equipment in related fields for many years. In 2014, Shandong Heze power supply company jointly developed a variable-frequency transformer cooling control cabinet, which is based on energy saving and consumption reduction, increased input output ratio and improved automatic control level. The equipment has been successfully operated in the #1 main transformer of 220kV Water Margin substation in November 2014.

Energy saving cooling control cabinet

 

  

         According to the principle that the transformer's temperature varies with the load during operation, the control strategy based on the fine adjustment of air volume automation is realized through the analysis of the problems in the actual operation of the traditional cooling control cabinet. The bus module information communication technology is adopted, and the power index is quantified according to the premise of strengthening the cold effect, and at the same time, it also carries out long-term operation on its own. Considering the stability of the system, a control redundancy, space independent and information observable control system is established.

          Technical highlights:

          1. automatic and precise adjustment of air volume, increase cooling efficiency and save energy.

         2. comprehensive power analysis, current, voltage, active and reactive parameters show that each cooling air power and electricity statistics, electricity saving and electricity saving conversion amount are displayed.

          3. redundant control mode, using manual, automatic non frequency conversion and automatic frequency conversion three control circuits, to ensure the actual operation of zero risk;

          4. bus module information communication, eliminating a large number of parallel wiring, simple wiring, easy maintenance.

          5. automatic components and self heating elements are independent in space. The design of split cabinet structure increases the stability of equipment and greatly prolongs the service life of components.

      Through nearly three months of operation data tracking and analysis, this technology innovation has proved to be a major breakthrough in the effective cooling and energy saving and environmental protection of transformers. It has important practical significance for guiding transformer accessories to move towards new ideas, and has important social significance for alleviating the increasing energy crisis, promoting effective allocation of resources, and promoting sustained and healthy development of society.
