     As the industry leader of transformer cooling control equipment, Jinyuan company has been engaged in equipment research in related fields for many years. In 2014, Jinyuan company cooperated with Shandong Heze Power Supply Company to jointly develop a variable frequency transformer cooling control cabinet, which is based on energy saving, consumption reduction, input-output ratio improvement and automatic control level improvement. The equipment has been successfully operated in No.1 main transformer of 220kV Shuihu substation in November 2014.

Energy saving cooling control cabinet

 

  

         According to the principle that the temperature changes with the load when the transformer is running, through the analysis of the problems existing in the actual operation of the traditional cooling control cabinet, this product realizes a control strategy based on the automatic fine adjustment of the air volume, adopts the bus type module information communication technology, and focuses on the quantitative statistics of the electric energy index under the premise of strengthening the cooling effect, and also for its long-term operation A control system with redundant control, independent space and observable information is established.

          Technical highlights:

          1. The air volume is automatically and accurately adjusted to improve the cooling efficiency and save electric energy;

         2. Comprehensive electric energy analysis, display of current, voltage, active and reactive power parameters, statistics of mechanical and electrical energy of each cooling fan, display of energy saving degree and converted amount of energy saving;

          3. Redundant control mode, using manual, automatic non frequency conversion and automatic frequency conversion control circuits to ensure zero risk in actual operation;

          4. The bus type module information communication saves a lot of parallel wiring, and the wiring is simple and the maintenance is convenient.

          5. The space between the automation element and its own heating element is independent. The split cabinet structure design increases the stability of the equipment and greatly extends the service life of the components.

      Through the tracking and analysis of operation data in the past three months, it is proved that this technical innovation has achieved a major breakthrough in the aspects of effective cooling of transformer and energy conservation and environmental protection, which has important practical significance for guiding transformer accessories to move forward to new ideas, and has important social significance for alleviating the increasing energy crisis, promoting the effective allocation of resources, and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of society.
